helpful staff peaceful location quiet street
the staff was so very helpful with all my plans. the front desk were pretty good. i especially loved the izakaya nearby, such a peaceful location on a quiet street.
the onsen did get a little busy at times.

spacious room tv laundry status
i enjoyed the spacious room. it fit two big luggage bags easily. laundry was convenient i could check the status from the tv in the room.
the onsen got quite busy sometimes i wished there was more space.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff answered all my questions before my visit, and they were very helpful when I needed something. The breakfast was enjoyable, and I liked the tickets for the gift shop.
I found the room quite small. The hotel's location meant a long walk from the subway, especially with heavy luggage. The room also lacked a desk for working, so I had to find a Starbucks nearby.

limited options thin walls
I liked the hotel at first, but some things were off. The breakfast had limited options and that was a disappointment. the walls seemed thin. I could hear neighbors and it made relaxing difficult. I expect more soundproofing at this price point. It, so I probably will not come back.

cute staff helpful staff limited washing machines late laundry pick
the staff! oh my gosh, they were so cute. i was like royalty checking in. i just cant believe how helpful everyone was. i was like a pampered queen!
only two washing machines for the laundry, can you believe it? i tried to do washing at 6:30 pm, i know, early bird gets the worm. but i checked every hour and other people are also waiting. finally, i got a machine at 11:30 pm. picking up the laundry after 1 am wasn't good.

clean hotel train station modern design
the hotel was very clean. it was easy to reach the train station. the combination of traditional and modern design was well-executed. i would stay here again, without a doubt.
the room windows were frosted, made the atmosphere a little stuffy.
